Happy National Poetry Month!

April is national poetry month. Established in Canada in 1998, National Poetry Month brings together schools, publishers, booksellers, literary organizations, libraries and poets from across the country to celebrate poetry and its vital place in Canada’s culture.

This year’s National Poetry Month theme is resilience. We here at the press couldn’t think of a better way to meditate on a truly unpredictable time in our lives than by celebrating our titles that really exemplify resilience.

Each week for the month of April, we will be promoting one of these titles:
