Join us in congratulating Njoki Wane, whose memoir, From My Mother’s Back: A Journey from Kenya to Canada, has been longlisted for Canada Reads 2022!
Canada Reads is a "literary Survivor," with celebrities championing books. Each day, panelists vote to eliminate one book, until a single title is chosen as the title the whole country should read this year.
The shortlist and their champions will be revealed on Jan. 26, 2022 with the debates will taking place March 28–31, 2022.
