Canisia Lubrin is a Rising Star!

Canisia Lubrin has been named one of five Rising Stars of 2020 by the Writers’ Trust of Canada.

The Rising Stars program recognizes talented authors in the early stages of their careers. It works to shed light onto emerging authors with an endorsement from an established author. Canisia was chosen by critically acclaimed novelist and playwright Anosh Irani.

Though W&W have always known she is a rising star, it is nice to have it recognized officially.
